Oh really? Did anyone with half a brain really think that the explosion in housing, golf courses, fountains, swimming pools, waterfalls, lush landscaping and lawns and shopping centers and casinos in the middle of the desert would not affect the limited amount of water resources in the area?
Much easier to attribute this calamity (and others) to "Global Warming" ...
