for me.i just found water in basement looks like all the snow and rain i had had flooded the basement and i found a nice size crack in fountaion.so now will have to spend money to fix it and now the front end of my car needs fixed xause of all the f'n potholes in this city.i know this is NCR but had to vent.AHHHHHHHHHHHH ok i fell better not really but i screamed.back to reg chips talking .
