Say you buy something from me on and so do others. You never receive that item nor do the others. You, and the others, leave me negative feedback and I retalliate & "neg" you back. then suspends me...the negatives that you left for me remain, but the negative that I left for you & the others get "erased"....at least that's how I read it.
