What? This makes no sense. eBay is going into revisionist history. They will purge the negatives and neutrals, so eBay doesn't look bad?

Buyers will only be able to receive positive Feedback.

WHAT? This doesn't make any sense. I suppose if someone pays, and there are no problems with "lost packages" it's fine and will prevent retaliatory feedback, but just closing the option out?

If they are really doing this. Someone at eBay, doesn't want the truth to show! False confidence doesn't make the real problems go away.

They can grow customer confidence by taking action when the scammers get exposed. The way it is now, unless it's an extreme case, they don't do much. Sellers and buyers have to fight and fight to get any action from eBay.
