Sorry, don't mean to jump in on Doug's newbie tips...but since he isn't feeling well , he might not be monitoring his computer a lot.

13) On the bottom of the post in the block entitled "Optional Image URL" right click your mouse and select "Paste"

Just a reminder that it's important to delete the "http://" that is already in the "Optional Image" box...THEN paste your url.
