FYI, HET is the stock ticker symbol for Harrahs.
I get the "personal" TITOs from HET Rincon in San Diego County.

I also get bounce back coupons from Pechanga, Pala, Valley View, and Spa but are not TITO.
The coupons are cashed at the cashiers window or are used for "free play" points.
