Ahhh... I see now you had a previous version and just bought the program version upgrade. You wouldn't have recieved a scan cd when you get an upgrade because the upgrade comes from (and is shipped directly from) the main program license owner (Carlisle Development), and the chip scan cd comes from me and www.HappyChipper.com when you buy the full program.

You didn;t mention if these scans you have are scans of your own chips, and what kind of files they are. The original versions of the program, way back when , were completely different then the ones of the past few years. You want to use scans that are .jpg format if you can and keep the file names short.
