Hehe, sorry about the Rod Serling intro, but I got ya to look now didn't I? I was going through a large basket of unsorted bubble mailers and came across a dupe of the top chip. I've always liked this set, so I figured I'd post them and give you a little history.

The 4020 was located at 4020 W. Ogden Avenue in Chicago. It was owned in the 1930s by William Johnson and Billy Skidmore, both men were Gambling Kingpins. Skidmore was a one time leader of the North Side Gang with George "Bugs" Moran. Other than that I don't know too much more about these chips. They began surfacing in 2005, which is when I bought mine.
