Unless there is a change in the amount of chips available (i.e: new finds), chips are going to change value based on the number of collectors. I don't see a big addition of collectors - especially higher end Nevada stuff - in the last few years. If anything, I'm seeing collections being SOLD (i.e. Platinum collection, Myers, etc). To me, this would indicate a DECREASE in prices.
