John, thanks for your correction -- I made a mental/typo error or whatever. I have about 1500 positive and 1 negative, and I also have 99.9% rating.

I meant to say once you get 1999 out of 2000, you have 100% again. 999/1000 = .9990 = 99.9% ... ..... ..1949/1950 =.999487 = 99.9% ..... .... .....1999/2000 = .999500 = 100%. This was once discussed on an eBay Discussion Board. Like being a virgin all over again!
