In the coin world one refers to the obverse and reverse to indicate the "front" and "back" of a coin.
Figurehead on a coin is usually called obverse. In the world of Chip Collecting what is "proper" reference in describing a chip/token? "front/back" or "obverse/reverse" or "top/bottom" or "one side/other side"?

My reason for asking is I am soon to publish a web site for Deadwood and other South/North Dakota chips and tokens and what to be "correct'.
