Put the 'town' in Address Line 2
Put the 'state' in City
Use the very bottom selction from the dropdown 'AE Pacific'
Put the 4170 in Zipcode

It will work, and translate it properly.

Same applies for everyone outside the US - just use the appropriate 'AE' selection on the 'state' dropdown.
