hot water on demand systems--it wouldn't work for us here on the Oregon coast because we have frequent power outages that sometimes last for days. The stored hot water in the hot water heater is a life saver. I b!tch about no hot tea, but that is nothing compared to how I'd b!tch about no hot bath too!
