John...you have several options -- none of them

are cheap: Dig up & install a new line or replacement of the damaged section (okay if you don't have to go through driveways & such); plastic slip-lining (ends up being just a little less than the R&R option but the still need a place to start & stop the liner which usually involves digging up each end).

It's important to find out what the source of your "clogging" is and how far your line is deteriorated. Where I live, the city made some mistakes by planting magnolia trees in their parkways next to the sewer laterals. The pay to have our line "rootered" every year or they have the option to R&R the tree.
