I have often wondered why we "chippers" collect this stuff. Why? First and foremost we all seem to frequent, work at, live near or just enjoy the atomsphere and excitement of casino's. I think the collecting comes second. Much like yourself I have seen it mentioned here that some chippers are burnt out coin collectors or some kind of collector with an incessant need to catalog, organize, alphabetize, research, etc..

About 3 years ago I joined the CCGTCC after about 7 years of pretty avid/rabid casino collecting and it really uped my enthusiam for the hobby. I have meet some great people, made a few friends and I love it now more than ever! I encourage you to join the CCGTCC. Sell some of those Grateful Dead posters to me and start chippin!!! Eric
