CCG Backlog

Right now I have a folder with 54 emails in it from chippers with scans of chips, slot cards, room keys, tokens, playing cards and what have you from Caribbean casinos. I also have all the Puerto Rico chips in my collection from casinos starting with E or higher to scan and put on the CCG. I can devote a few hours a day to get these all on the CCG, but it will take quite a while to get it all done.

To make it as easy and quick as possible to get these done, please:

o Only send me items that are not already in the CCG. If you send me a scan of 20 chips and I have to first determine which chips are not already in the CCG, it will take me forever to figure it out.

o Please send individual scans of each item. When you send a scan of multiple items, I have to crop each item individually and that takes a lot of time.

o Give each scan a meaningful name so I can quickly identify the chip and put in the CCG. Some chips do not have the location or casino name on them, so it takes extra time to figure it out. If that info is in the name of the scan, it makes the process quicker.

o If you can, please crop chips and tokens to 240x240 pixels with a resolution of 150 dpi or greater. For any other items, just send a full sized scan.

o If you can, please align the item so that it is straight. It takes time to rotate items graphically so that they are properly aligned.

If I get a scan that meets all these requirements, it will just take a few seconds to put it in the CCG. Otherwise it can take up to 10 minutes per item. I will take whatever you can send, but I would appreciate any help I can get. Thanks.
