These are made by a company up here who manufactures Cold-fx,which gets HUGE raves up here by preventing and or reducing the effects of a cold.
They are made from a derivitive of North American ginseng.Haven't tried it yet(the one pictured),but have been taking Cold-fx for years and have never had the flu and only 1 minor cold in all that time.
