If you deal with a Club Member or someone well known and respected in the hobby, you have a 99.9% chance of getting the truth. Ask the question on eBay to some unknown "newbie" chip seller, (especially a Reno chip) even with 100% feedback, you just roll the dice. Some eBay sellers will just tell you anything or exactly what you want to hear. Why do they care, you aren't coming back again.
