I sent a package that was over 2 pounds this morning and it was $4.60. I can understand paying more for the tyvek 'bag' things or a box, but these are the same flat cardboard envelope used on both. One says FLAT RATE, the other just says PRIORITY. Same size. Using the PRIORITY one I have to pay for the weight and for the zone, FLAT RATE is $4.60, no table, no zones, the box has to close and have $4.60 postage that's it.
