I picked up a rate chart and some Flat Rate Priority cardboard mailers (big flat envelopes 9x12 or so).

In looking at the rate chart Priority mail rates vary by weight and zone, starting at $4.60 and go up.

The FLAT RATE Priority 'envelope' was explained to me that I could pack as muvh stuff in it as I wanted and the rate was $4.60. Period.

My question is WHY would anyone EVER use STANDARD/REGULAR Priority?

I know somebody can explain it in simple terms.... I am confused!
