Matsui sample chips from G2E (for viewing only)

While walking around the G2E I came across a small booth for Matsui. I was surprised that it was one of the smaller booths available, as Matsui/John Huxley is a fairly large outfit and should of had a huge, center booth. It turns out that they did and this smaller booth was for a smaller division of Matsui. In fact, the staff did not seem to be able to speak English and we spent a fair amount of time smiling and bowing to each other. At one point I asked if I could have a sample chip from their demonstration blackjack table. The salesman went to the table and pulled some chips out of the tray for me, making sure that there were no duplicates and just handed them to me.

I said thank you and we bowed and then he asked in broken English if I worked for the Colorado Belle? I was puzzled and shook my shoulders, in the universal form of, "Huh?" He pointed toward the logo on my shirt, which was a better quality, Colorado Belle logo knit shirt. I asked him why he wanted to know and he said that they were an account, for tournament chips (news to me). Anyway, I thanked him again for the samples, bowed and walked away, saying to myself...

"Well, I'm sure glad I wore the Colorado Belle shirt today instead of my ccgtcc shirt!" vbg

This is what he plucked from the tray for me. (Sorry, no traders.) The two larger chips (at the bottom right) are 43mm, while huge chip is 50mm.

Thanks for looking,

Jim
