Re: NCR - Any computer experts?

Bill, I believe you are correct. Should I just ignore this warning message from this defrag program? Is it safe to ignore it?

Sheldon, how does one transfer system files not on a main drive to an external drive? Is this even possible? How do I even know what each system file does and my system warns me not to even open the D drive let alone do anything to it.

Bob, all my pics are on the C drive and it has 61% free space. Moving those files is not necessary nor will it help this problem. Also, no need to delete programs from the C drive for this same reason, and as I explained, I can't delete system files because I have no idea what they are. No software is stored on a D drive. Lastly, I use Mozilla Firefox - refuse to use IE due to all the buginess. I have zero bug problems with Firefox. Also, I have Firefox set to delete temporary files and history every time I close the browser. Good suggestions for the most part and I do the basic things. This problem goes beyond these issues though.

Steve
