Have you tried http://www.californiachips.net? It's got an incomplete list with prices of available chips with pictures. AND he'll politely answer questions from new collectors like me. I think he has a new book out now, or soon to be released. He's moving plus another book project in the works, so it may take awhile to respond to emails.
