Name changes are not uncommon. Working titles are used, then the film may be put on the shelf waiting for a buyer. Once they get the financing for distribution, the name often changes.

One of my favorite changes is "Burning Bridges" which became Kelly's Hero's. Listen to the theme song. However that one was changed after it bombed.

Revenge of the Jedi got changed to something a little less mean, became Return of the Jedi.

Waiting for Salazar was the working title for Disorganized Crime. (now there's a change!)
