Does this listing deceive?

I'd appreciate some feedback from the Board. I listed a lot of 3 obsolete slot tokens on eBay, with a starting price of 99 cents. There was a single bidder. After receiving the shipment, he posted neutral feedback stating that my description was bad, and he thought he was bidding on $1 slot tokens - but they were actually only 25 cent tokens.

I would like input from the group - is the description (link below) deceiving, and do slot token buyers automatically assume that a token is a $1 denomination unless otherwise stated in express terms?

If I list similar tokens, I plan to be more explicit, but for now I'm wondering whether I should offer a refund to the buyer based on a faulty description. Of course, I wish he had contacted me before posting feedback.
