I just got an email from someone who claims that they have not recieved a chip that I sent almost 2 weeks ago. I dont know if the person is bluffing or just having a "brain fart" that they recieved the chip. I know the USPS is NOT the best at times. I can remember when a friend across town got her chip 2 weeks LATER !!
