Who knows, it could happen, eBay is getting very politically correct, and I don't think they really need the casino chip listings. For me, I make a very small profit on eBay after paying all the fees and can easily live without eBay. Personally, I don't think it's "fear mongering" they DO contain lead. But this issue will be swept under the rug as too many people stand to loose money. And how come this issue was never raised before by the "experts" in the casino chip collecting community before this news story ?
