Wow, no joke, thanks for posting...

I have chips just laying all over my office, and framed on the walls. I wonder if it is dangerous even to have them in the house? My 1.5 yr old loves chips. I will keep him away from them.

I assume touching these chips is bad, and that washing your hands after doesn't help because it absorbs in your skin on contact right?

I guess if there is any positive from this, maybe in 20 years some collectors will be interested in these lead chips since they will be obsolete?

How can we know if other manufacturers' chips contian lead? What about my home poker set of WSOP chips? They are plastic but are painted.
