This hand just got me 13th place in a 1400 player 10center. Beat into the pot for nearly 90k in chips by a guy who had 8,9 against my Ace 9. Well, we know how this story ends right ? For those wondering why I rushed my chips in with ace 9 offsuit, this was a turbo, and blinds were ready to increase again the next hand. I figured if I am going to play an ace there, I am going to play for all my chips, as I was most likely the favorite against the blind, and a limper on the button, and maybe they both just muck their weak holdings preflop. Sadly for me, I was right about them being weak hands, but the guy called anyway.
