I have had a similar problem with this seller. Bought stacks off him and often felt I wasn't getting the exact chip in the scan, but one that was dirtier or more used. But he shipped overseas, took paypal and didn't charge 5 times cost of postage like many sellers do when they have to ship to Australia. Then he sold me a chip in very poor condition, when the scan represented a chip in very good condition. I sent it back and he gave me a refund - I figured that was pretty cool so started buying again. I then got a chip that was different to the one in the auction (and yes, of lesser value). He ignored my emails about it. I eventually just let it go and now refuse to buy from him. I never got around to posting negative feedback though. I wasn't 100% sure if he got my emails (only 99%), and feared retaliation to mar my so far perfect record.
