I hunt on occasion, and eat whatever I happen to blow away or catch. Unless you are going to put it in a zoo the albino would not last as long in the wild as regular deer anyway. It is amazing to me that it survived to be an adult as it is. And NO they do not taste like chicke. They taste much better than chicken although I actualy prefer bunnies(baked or fried).
