Of course, for newbies, it begs the question

How do you learn what has changed since the guides were written? I don't know every way, but here are a few:

(1) Watch this board and pay attention what people say. You will quickly learn who are the more knowledgeable chippers.

(2) If you see an expensive chip you want, ask. Post a question here, or e-mail a chipper buddy. Why take chances.

(3) Watch the chips you want on ebay before you buy. See what they have sold for in the past. Do they come up often? These are good clues.

(4) ?? I'm sure others know more than I do.
