I have to say, this is one newby tip that I've heard before...and I've never ever tried to follow it! vbg

Our casino collection started out as ashtrays. Then we added a few chips, then a few postcards, swizzle sticks, matchbooks, mini decanters, glassware, china, big decanters, menus, fun books, lighters, keys, door parts, photos, a peep hole thingy, banks, nylons & pantyhose, phonebooks, etc. etc. etc. And last month I added a few pieces of silverware! rofl

We go to flea markets and antique shows as often as we can. Limiting ourselves to just chips...worse yet, one or two or three specific chip areas, would have us coming home empty-handed waaaaaaaay too often. By collecting a large variety of items, we have a better chance of finding things. Also, we can still find things at bargain prices. grin

Our collection "Darn near anything with a Nevada casino name on it". vbg

Besides, I don't want to "complete" a collection...what do you do when you've finished...?
