When the question was raised before, it was said it was ok to continue to use up old stock of printed matter (such as business cards).
That said, I would have thought everyone has had plenty of time to change as the rule came in 30 months ago.
Regarding on-line usage I too have brought it to several peoples attention in the past couple of years. As far as I know they all changed theirs.

Although it was mentioned on the club BB and not specifically here (Im not actually 100% on that) Im sure its been in the club magazine several times.

Again, all that said, I can understand new members not being instantly familiar with such rules.

I would make a point which perhaps you could take up. I dont think the bylaws distinguish sufficiently between the club and member logos. Perhaps a little extra could be added.
