That's true Wayne ... but by the time the club's mailing permit imprint and return address are printed on the Tyvex envelopes ... I don't think the club's savings would be substantial by switching to the more costly mailing envelopes.

As for REPLACEMENT copies of the magazine mailed ... I don't know, but I doubt if it's more than a couple dozen each mailing. Ralph would have a better idea of how many replacement copies are mailed each quarter due to damage received in the USPS system. The damage reports posted in this thread by club members receiving this issue were damage to the mailing envelope, not to the contents and did not require replacement to the best of my knowledge.
