If you will recall from several weeks ago that auction which offfered up Ed Hertel's Illegal book for a fee. Of course not identifying the book in any way and claiming the research was done by the seller from the internet. HHMM! The seller opened up Ed's web site, guess that's research! NOT!

I received it and filed a claim against the seller, "hollywoodtreasurechest."

The seller filed a counter claim, Ed Hertel was kind enough to write a letter explaining his COPYRIGHT and that he had never sold the book. I wrote a claim indicating it was not a matter of authenticity but a matter of FRAUD! I received my $ from paypal today thus ending yet again another chapter in "NOT GETTING RIPPED OFF!"
