Steve; We've exchanged emails on this subject, and I have absolutely no quarrel with you or the content of your posts. But if you will closely examine virtually every post, you will note that the message board users for the most part (99.9% of them) use their first and last names. Wouldn't you think that it might be a prudent choice for a newbie to follow that unwritten rule and correspond to what is the common practice when visiting this site?? Like the old adage; "when in Rome do as the Romans do"

It took a long time to accomplish what this group has done. When there is no peer pressure, folks will begin doing their own thing again. We've not been bothered by trolls in a comparatively long period of time. You probably are too new to experience the havoc those with fake names caused on this message board in the past. Recent controversial threads pale by comparison. At least now we know who we're dealing with. When I say "we", I mean ALL of us.

In closing, please don't take offense if I (or anyone else) politely asks a new visitor if he/she has a last name.
