Yes, we get new cards. Although I dont as an LM, I receive the associate cards for my wife and daughter each year.
Its still going to take the new membership secretary some time to become familiar with all the procedures.
I know Ralph used to post a monthly reminder here, in advance of him mailing out reminder cards.
He would email me when I was due to pay anything, but that might just have been to save mailing the reminder here.
