Right now I am working on a riparian area along the Yachats River. You probably are familiar with Yachats. For those of you that think I do nothing--I am a Master Gardener and am working to restore 2000 feet of sandy riverbank in a subdivision. I am looking at the possibility of some dynamic revetment for parts of that area. Now, put that in google and you will see a bit of what I do. I also work with the Soil and Water Conservation people in our area, both riparian experts and water shed experts. We have a planting project in the works right now for the area. And yes, cold weather is right up my alley, so to speak. I just love the wildlife here. Herons, beaver, otters, seals, whales, king fishers, you name it, I love it all! Especially the native plant life here.
SOOO this casino stuff isn't all that I do either. It is the most fun thing I do, though, most of the time.
Larry--are you going to come to the San Jose show in April? Where do you live now.
