"11 seconds to check off two boxes on a small green custom's form?"

I have been mailing chips to Canada for close to 12 years now. I have NEVER filled out a green form OR any type of form. I just hand it to the clerk & they apply the correct postage & off it goes. Just like any other package I would mail within the Untied States. Andy - Las Vegas
