One of the first concepts to come forward in the Project to develop a endorsed Theft, Loss, Recovery of Collection Program, is that of developing a "Tips" (or FAQ) advisement. Von has put together some suggestions and we would like the benefit of others to take a look and give us some feedback. (This is a work in-progress (the "Tips") and we have NOT fully screened it for typo's and grammatical elements. So when you review it, please keep that in mind.)
