Secondly, I apologize for any inconvenience you may have had in the past. As casino aficionados and active collectors you know how the casino world operates. Commemmoratives generally hit the floor the week of the special event or a little bit sooner. We had taken a small break in sales to consolidate all commemoratives during August & September but all is right once again. Thanks for your patience.I oftimes remind my staff of Cage Hard Rockers that we have a tremendous following of loyal Hard Rock fans out there and we should strive to deliver to them the “Kick Ass” Service they deserve. As for the Limited Edition chip shortage, I must admit that demand was rather high during our opening and the bulk of these collector items had either been sent to the table games or had been sold.
