I asked this guy if he would like to sell me a chip that he had on ebay that did not sell. He responded by telling me to make him an offer. I offered the minimum bid plus shipping ($5 Total). He accepted the offer but did not give me instruction to send a money order nor an address to do so. So after asking how to send the money with no response, I check paypal and find that he has 24 confirmed transactions with the email address that we have been using to communicate. I send a $5 dollar paypal which clears on the 10th. On the 13th I get a message that asks why a money order has not arrived. I promptly replied that $5 was sent with paypal and that a MO was never asked for. It's been three days and no response...

Anybody know this guy...I am about ready to put a claim into paypal to get my $5 back.
