SANDS CASINO HOTEL IMPLOSION TO BE SIMULCAST ON

WMGM-TV (NBC 40) and News Talk WOND-AM 1400

Pinnacle Atlantic City today announced that the Thursday, October 18 implosion of the legendary Sands Casino Hotel will be simulcast on regional television and radio stations.

Live coverage of the dramatic implosion and fireworks celebration will begin on Thursday, October 18 as follows:

WMGM-TV Atlantic City “NBC 40”
o Approximately 9:25 p.m.

News Talk WOND-AM Atlantic City – 1400 AM
o Event coverage begins at 8:00 p.m.; simulcast begins at approximately 9:00 p.m.

NBC-40's live coverage will be hosted by Veronica Dudo. Barbara Altman will provide commentary for News Talk WOND-AM's extensive coverage of the evening's festivities, including live interviews from the VIP viewing party.

Spectators wishing a front row seat to the historic implosion will find optimal viewing from the comfort of their own homes on NBC 40. Those tuning in to WOND-AM will hear a simulcast of the fireworks display music soundtrack and implosion countdown.
