Midwest has always sold dice in NV.
I was speaking only of chips.

Dice are defined as a "Gambling" device similar to roulette wheels and big six wheels.
Chips are not a "Gambling" device. This licensed is tough to get.

ASM was not licensed in NV either when those chips were sold in Reno. Jim hustled a license through in order to get them delivered.
