Hi dave,
I'm not a lawyer........just a lil' old CPA. I'll try to answer your question anyway. In order to be a felony the theft has to exceed a specified dollar amount or a gun has to be used in the theft (robbery). grin I'm sure the lawyers will charm in and charge you double vbg
