Re: NCR: Nutty eBay bids (not for chips)

Mark..how can you tell a "shill"?
I had an incident happen to me on ebay where I was bidding on an item abnd someone else starts to run up the bid to a point where I just dropped out. He won the item for way more than I was willing to pay. Next day I get an email from the seller asking me if I was still interested in the item because the "guy" who won the auction decided not to buy the item. I told him I sure was interested in the item but at the original listing price not what the "guy" who decided not to take it was going to buy it at. Of course, the seller declined my offer.
Is that a "shill".?????
