BAD SELLER BAD EBAY

Below is a copy of my appeal to Ebay. This has been a long drawn out ordeal with nl-lasvegas. I won a Diablo's Cantina chip at auction for $1.25. Please read my appeal below. Pardon the typos.

Customer concern: My concern is that you (Ebay) have not done your due diligence in this matter. I have sent multiple request for totals through your system, and have not received a response from the seller. I sent him an email using the email address on his ebay account. Above is a copy of the returned e-mail. I sent a report through safe harbor documenting the sellers non-response. Finally after still getting no response from the seller I left negative feedback. After not hearing from the seller in over a week. With in hours he had left negative feedback, and filed an unpaid item claim against me. Now stop and think for a second who benifits more from not completeing this transaction. I won the item at 4 dollars below face valuse and 7 dollars below market value. So who benefits more, me who would only have to pay 1.25 for this item instead of 7 dollars, or the seller who could make 7 dollars selling the item to someone else instead of selling it to me for a $1.25. He files his claim, I respond twice using the repond function in your dispute thing. I still get no response. Then 36 hours later I receive a message saying I received a strike for not paying.
How was I supposed to pay him by check or money order like he requested without a mailing address? Here is my problem. I have communicated with him through ebay, and you should have records of that. I don't understand how any of this is my fault and I dont understand how the strike is fair or the negative feedback i received is fair. It is obvious through this whole situation that ebay cares about their sellers, but not their buyers. I am afraid I will no longer be using your service since my rights as a buyer are not protected by your security measures.
