I don´t know what happens with him but I´m starting to think that maybe his got a real mental problem because it´s not normal what his doing, the only thing I would like It´s that Ebay do something with him so this woldn´t happen again to nobody.
I never offered me a cash refund, I don´t have any reason to lie for a chip, I bought many chips in US and I never had this kind of problem before, The chip I show in the scan is the one he sent me, and one of proof is that he always put the same picture on all his sales.
