Alex,strangely enough I was going to bid on this chip but after I read your post I decide to email 1998raymond to see if he was going to mail me the chip pictured or a chip similar to the one you received.
This is what he mailed back to me.
I hope that the censors allow some of this to be read:

Hmmmm....looks like I may have to pass on this item perhaps?
Apparently this seller is already perched on a ledge somewhere.SO...buyer/bidder beware.
